This question is really not medical but I would like to know how I can find birth records from the year 1946 in the 7th district of budapest. Erzsebetvaros. I have my birth certificate but I need to know the adress where I was living with my parents at the time.

You can obtain a copy of your birth certificate from the local Registry of Marriages and Death in the local Mayor's Office, where you may get informations on your earlier adresses.
